As a Lead Early Childhood Educator, you will leverage your education and experience to spearhead a dynamic Pre-primary Program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of effective learning environments

• Engage with families and community providers in education

• Document and assess children's progress and experiences

• Collaborate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or diploma with experience

• Three to five years of direct experience with preschool children

• Competence in child-centered, developmentally appropriate practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Valid First Aid certification and Food Handlers Course
