Long & McQuade is looking for a dedicated Violin Lessons Teacher in Cambridge, ON. Teach students of all ages in an independent contractor role on a flexible schedule.

As a Violin Lessons Teacher at Long & McQuade, you will work as an independent contractor at their Lesson Centre. The position offers contract hours on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends. Suitable candidates should demonstrate teaching experience and hold relevant qualifications to promote effective music education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct violin lessons to individuals and groups

• Design engaging lesson plans in line with standards

• Monitor student improvement and adapt strategies

• Create an encouraging environment for learners

• Provide feedback to enhance student growth

Requirements:

• Degree in music or equivalent standing required

• Minimum Grade 8 RCM standing with Grade 2 Rudiments

• Prior experience in conducting lessons for varying ages

• Familiarity with standard music teaching practices

• Availability for flexible teaching hours throughout the week
