Position: Montessori Guide for Casa Classroom
Become a Montessori Guide at Morningside Montessori School in Cambridge, Ontario, starting August 2026! This full-time role focuses on fostering an enriching environment for children's development in the Casa program.

As a Montessori Guide, you will play a key role in creating individualized learning experiences for each child, aligned with the Montessori philosophy. The effective candidate holds an AMI, TMI, or MACTE accredited diploma and is committed to the education of young learners. Your professionalism and supportive nature will greatly benefit the classroom and the larger school community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Morningside Montessori policies and procedures

• Develop individualized programs and presentations for children

• Maintain a well-prepared, clean, and engaging classroom

• Support families and children collaboratively

• Perform necessary documentation and paperwork

Requirements:

• Accredited Casa Montessori diploma required

• RECE certification is a plus

• Current Standard First Aid and CPR Level C

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Compassionate, kind demeanor towards children and coworkers
