Step into a rewarding long-term teaching position at Our Lady of Fatima, specializing in Grade 3 and Grade 4/5 French Immersion starting September 8, 2026, and continuing until June 30, 2027.
This opportunity targets Certified Occasional Teachers, particularly those listed with WCDSB, while also welcoming external certified teachers. Candidates specializing in Primary, Junior, and Intermediate French qualifications will be favored. Note that assignment details may vary based on class enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach French Immersion to Grade 3 and Grade 4/5 students
• Design and implement diverse lesson plans
• Assess and report on student progress regularly
• Support an inclusive learning environment with colleagues
• Manage classroom behaviors effectively
Requirements:
• Must be a Certified Occasional Teacher
• French language qualifications necessary for specified grades
• Familiarity with Primary or Junior educational settings
• Submission of necessary application documents
• Completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check mandatory
