Early Childhood Cultural Programming Facilitator

Southwest Ontario Aboriginal Health Access Centre is looking for an Early Years Cultural Facilitator. This position supports the delivery of culturally grounded programming that promotes identity and holistic wellness among Indigenous families. Collaboration and community outreach are essential parts of this role as you engage participants through meaningful cultural activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of culturally based programming for children

• Coordinate family engagement in cultural and group activities

• Collaborate with staff to enhance early years offerings

• Maintain accurate program records and documentation

• Participate in community events and organizational ceremonies

Requirements:

• Relevant diploma in Early Childhood Education or similar

• Three years of experience in early childhood or community services

• Awareness of Indigenous cultures and teachings

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Clean police check and valid Ontario Driver’s G license
