Support student safety as a Lunch Hour Supervisor er Catholic Elementary School in Cambridge, Ontario, during weekday lunch periods.
The Waterloo Catholic District School Board seeks a Level 2 Lunch Hour Supervisor for one daily hour. The position focuses on student safety and security during lunch. Experience with children, sensitive communication, and current First Aid and CPR certification are desirable assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure student safety during the lunch period
- Maintain student security throughout the assigned lunch hour
- Communicate courteously with students when needed
- Communicate sensitively with parents, staff, and the public
- Assume a wide variety of duties as required
- Must be 18 years of age or over
- Canadian citizenship with a Social Insurance Number
- Valid Canadian work permit eligibility
- Experience working with children is desirable
- Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Criminal Background Check required
