• Provide leadership and guidance in department program implementation
• Facilitate cooperation with other departments for student program needs
• Communicate between school administration and department members
• Lead professional development supporting school improvement and achievement

• Intermediate and Senior Physical and Health Education qualifications
• Honour Specialist qualification in Physical and Health Education
• Minimum five years teaching in the secondary panel
• Understanding of current secondary education priorities
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative leadership skills
