As the Senior Director, you will provide leadership for the Nuclear Quality Program, ensuring seamless collaboration across various project teams.
Your role requires interfacing with regulatory bodies to maintain safety standards while optimizing operational efficiencies through a risk-informed approach to quality management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development and refinement of the Nuclear Quality Program
• Ensure rigorous application of quality standards and requirements
• Manage site-based Project Quality Leads for consistency
• Prepare for regulatory inspections and audits
• Drive lessons learned and best practices across projects
Requirements:
• At least 15 years of experience in nuclear quality assurance
• Expertise in CSA N286-based programs essential
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) qualification highly valued
• Proven ability to lead teams across multiple projects
Uphold nuclear safety and quality standards, enhancing project execution and stakeholder confidence in your leadership role.
