MES Operations Analyst

Position: MES Operations Analyst Role
Become an MES Operations Analyst at BWXT Canada in Cambridge, Ontario, and facilitate the transition of workflows to a digital solution. Your efforts will support operational excellence and compliance.

In this onsite role, you will team up with Engineers, Quality, and Production departments to analyze existing processes and identify enhancements. Your contributions will ensure that the shop-floor requirements are effectively translated into MES functionalities, helping streamline workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess operational workflows for improvement

• Recommend MES capabilities to enhance visibility

• Collect and document requirements for MES processes

• Support testing activities for new system features

• Provide on-the-ground support during go-live periods

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering

• Experience in manufacturing operations or engineering (0–3 years)

• Knowledge of MES, ERP, or similar systems

• Proven skills in workflow documentation and analysis

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
