In this full-time role, you will play a critical part in the commissioning and troubleshooting of PVD systems while working alongside business development and engineering teams. Your focus will be on developing high-performance coating processes for diverse optical applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop high-performance thin-film stacks
• Conduct performance validations against acceptance criteria
• Collaborate on process development and improvements
• Generate documentation for quality control and marketing
• Provide customer training on system operation
Requirements:
• Advanced degree in Physical Sciences or Engineering
• 3–5+ years in thin-film deposition using PVD
• Experience with optical design software
• Familiarity with statistical analysis methods
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
