Job Type:  Full Time Contract

Working Arrangement:  On-site

Responsibilities

Support engineering teams with testing, validation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, or electronic systems.

Perform assembly, calibration, inspection, and functional testing of engineering prototypes and production equipment.

Assist in diagnosing system, hardware, and equipment issues and provide timely corrective actions.

Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, technical specifications, and work instructions.

Conduct root cause analysis and document technical findings, test results, and corrective actions.

Collaborate with engineers, quality teams, manufacturing, and project stakeholders to ensure project objectives and timelines are achieved.

Maintain accurate technical documentation, reports, and configuration records.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, quality and safety.

Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and safety procedures.

Assist with equipment installation, upgrades, and preventative maintenance activities.

Basic Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related technical discipline.

2+ years of experience in an engineering technician, manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, or technical support environment.

Strong understanding of engineering principles, testing procedures, and troubleshooting methodologies.

Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.

Hands‑on experience with laboratory equipment, testing tools, and diagnostic instruments.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
