You will engage directly with engineers to ensure accurate algorithm implementations while extending system capabilities to meet evolving mission requirements. This hands-on role emphasizes iterative coding and algorithm refinement using Python.
Key Responsibilities:
• Continuously improve geolocation algorithms and calibration techniques
• Analyze geolocation outputs against known positions
• Investigate anomalies in processing output
• Model RF propagation and assess calibration routines
• Develop specifications for software development teams
Requirements:
• Advanced degree focused on estimation theory or signal processing
• Solid math skills in linear algebra and optimization
• Experience with Python in algorithm and data analysis
• Capability to adapt to real-world datasets and their challenges
• Familiarity with satellite mechanics and RF systems
