In this pivotal role, you will oversee Field Service Representatives, ensuring effective service delivery and a culture of safety. Collaborate closely with various teams to support project execution and manage service operations. Prioritize team development through continuous learning and efficient task management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and delegate tasks within the service team
• Work with engineering to create strong service proposals
• Assist in managing work hours to meet budget goals
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Review continuous improvement initiatives with the team
Requirements:
• Post-secondary qualification in relevant technical field
• Minimum four years in an automation setting
• More than ten years' experience with PLC programming
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
