In this full-time, on-site role, you will apply extensive mechanical and electrical engineering experience to diagnose issues in commercial and industrial systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to improve sustainability and performance. Your mentorship will guide junior engineers through design reviews and effective problem resolution, ensuring continuous improvement in energy strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex building system issues
• Mentor and supervise junior engineering staff effectively
• Review designs and oversee system retrofits
• Develop energy optimization strategies for clients
• Recommend and implement system upgrades for performance
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
