In this full-time position, you'll apply your extensive Mechanical and Electrical Engineering experience to solve complex challenges in commercial and industrial environments. Responsibilities include mentoring teams, supervising retrofits, and implementing energy optimization strategies. Your collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams will drive improvements in building sustainability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and solve issues in HVAC and building systems
• Mentor junior engineers and guide their development
• Review design plans and supervise installations
• Optimize energy usage and recommend system upgrades
• Collaborate with clients to enhance building performance
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
• Strong troubleshooting skills for industrial systems
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation preferred
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with sustainable practices and energy efficiency
