Take on the technical scheduling challenge within the Cambridge Life Sciences Division as a Services Scheduler. Your primary focus will be scheduling and managing deployment for service projects.
In this role, you will liaise closely with Project Managers and team members to assign technical service personnel effectively. With five years of experience in scheduling, you will create and oversee schedules, manage quoting requests, and ensure that resources meet project needs. Your problem-solving skills will ensure the right expertise is allocated efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and assign technical service requests for projects
• Manage overall resource scheduling and loading
• Ensure timely communication with Project Managers
• Maintain project status visibility for delivery accuracy
• Conduct regular scheduling overview meetings
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in engineering or technology
• Minimum of 5 years in service scheduling
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Familiarity with lean processes and quality standards
• Proficient in Microsoft tools including Word and Power Point
