As the Technical Service Engineer, you will manage inquiries related to equipment support, coordinate installations, and troubleshoot complex technical issues. This role emphasizes the importance of customer service and may require after-hours support. You will also handle preventative maintenance and foster effective communication with clients to achieve resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide customer support for Shred-Tech products
• Monitor system performance and offer technical solutions
• Discuss service offerings and renewals with clients
• Document service visits and preventative maintenance
• Participate in project leader meetings with engineers
Requirements:
• College degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 3-5 years in a technical service role
• Proficient in MS Office and technical documentation
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
