EIT Mechanical Engineer - Innovation Focus

In this permanent, full-time role, you'll collaborate closely with a top-tier technical team on groundbreaking SMA devices. Your hands-on approach will see you designing test rigs, building prototypes, and rapidly iterating to refine hardware solutions while ensuring manufacturability and performance meet high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create CAD designs for parts and prototypes using Fusion 360

• Build and refine prototypes through hands-on testing

• Translate engineering concepts into functional hardware

• Test material behavior under various conditions

• Maintain detailed documentation of design processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

• 1-3 years or strong co-op/project experience

• Expertise in CAD tools and GD&T principles

• Mechanical aptitude with prototyping experience

• Interest in material behavior analysis
