You will be integral in managing building evaluations, undertaking Reserve Fund Studies and Condition Assessments, while providing technical support and mentoring to junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site reviews to document building conditions

• Assess data to recommend repair strategies

• Stay updated on building science and sustainability codes

• Prepare technical reports and review junior staff documentation

• Complete building condition assessments and reserve fund studies

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in engineering or technology

• 5+ years in consulting engineering or building science

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

• Strong communication and attention to detail

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
