As the Electrical Design Team Lead, you will report to the Electrical Engineering Manager, guiding project designs in alignment with company standards. This position demands strong technical skills and leadership abilities, overseeing team deliverables while fostering quality and safety in electrical designs. You will coach and mentor electrical engineering staff, ensuring that design projects are executed efficiently and meet all critical deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and guide team on design standards

• Approve project designs ensuring high quality

• Coordinate project designs across the engineering team

• Ensure all designs meet Eclipse safety and reliability standards

• Act as a liaison with other departments for deliverables

Requirements:

• 7+ years in the custom automation industry

• Intermediate experience with EPLAN and AutoCAD

• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or related fields

• Proficient in MS Office tools

• Strong communication and project management skills
