In this leadership position, your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the electrical design function and enhancing team development through coaching. You will collaborate with various departments to streamline project delivery while ensuring all design meets Eclipse Automation's high standards of safety and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide and coordinate the electrical design projects
• Ensure designs adhere to company quality metrics
• Mentor and train staff within the electrical team
• Facilitate departmental communication for on-time project delivery
• Supervise compliance with ethical standards across initiatives
Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in automation design
• Relevant degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Proficiency with EPLAN and AutoCAD is mandatory
• Strong team leadership and communication abilities
• Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems is advantageous
