Position: BWXT Nuclear Engineering Manager Opening
Manage the Engineering Analysis and Qualification team at BWXT Canada and drive excellence in the nuclear sector. Oversee critical qualification activities for key nuclear components.

In this position, you will lead engineering professionals engaged in compliance and analysis of nuclear equipment, ensuring adherence to BWXT standards and regulatory requirements. Your strategic leadership will involve staff management, project planning, and optimizing analytical processes to foster continuous innovation and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team delivering engineering analysis

• Ensure ASME Code compliance in component designs

• Monitor and manage project quality and efficiency

• Create detailed job schedules and assist in proposal development

• Collaborate with manufacturing during project execution

Requirements:

• Engineering degree and registered P.Eng. in Canada

• Minimum of 7-10 years in supervisory roles

• Strong grounding in thermodynamics and fluid mechanics

• In-depth knowledge of nuclear equipment standards

• Superior communication and project management skills
