At EXP, the Building Science group is seeking a Project Technologist in Cambridge, ON. This role involves daily site reviews for highrise and low-rise residential developments, focusing on design compliance and industry standards. You will work closely with contractors and site staff, ensuring effective coordination and resolution of site issues while gaining valuable training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily site reviews for ongoing residential projects

• Assess conformance to design and specifications

• Review waterproofing, roofing, and cladding systems

• Prepare and submit Field Observation Reports

• Collaborate with contractors to address site deficiencies

Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in Building Science or related field

• Knowledge of building science and construction practices

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

• Valid driver’s license for traveling in Ontario

• Experience with building assessments is a plus
