The Machining Manufacturing Engineer role requires strong analytical skills and 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment. You will drive improvements in machining operations, oversee tool and fixture design, and collaborate across teams to ensure manufacturing excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain machining operation sequences and quality standards
• Troubleshoot non-conformances in machining processes
• Update machining procedures, including CNC and inspection setups
• Support procurement and installation of machining equipment
• Mentor junior engineers and provide shop floor training
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field
• Experience in machining processes and optimization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SPC tools
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively across functions
