Field Water Treatment System Operator

Milestone is looking for an experienced Operator to oversee the safe operation, monitoring, and optimization of water treatment systems, including construction dewatering and industrial wastewater management. The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of relevant experience and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities. You will interact with clients and stakeholders, maintaining a professional representation of Milestone’s values and commitment to the environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain complex water treatment systems

• Perform routine inspections and calibrate equipment

• Collect and test water samples accurately

• Maintain detailed operational logs and reports

• Work collaboratively with project teams on site

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in related disciplines

• Hands-on experience with water treatment systems

• Ontario Class G Driver's License required

• Ability to work outdoors in various conditions

• Strong communication and organizational skills
