Lead engineering excellence in the Automation sector as a Project Engineering Manager at Eclipse Automation in Cambridge, ON. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and innovation.
Eclipse Automation is seeking a full-time Project Engineering Manager to oversee its Automation business unit. This role focuses on leading project engineering functions, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of project milestones. You will develop engineering policies, assess departmental performance, and maintain strategies to foster growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and manage the Project Engineering function
• Maintain clear contractual communication within teams
• Organize and prioritize project engineering tasks
• Collaborate to ensure project designs are approved
• Develop and maintain innovative department workflows
Requirements:
• University Degree in Engineering or Robotics Automation
• 10+ years of automation industry experience
• Proven leadership experience in engineering
• Eligibility for Ontario P.Eng license
• Familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD, Solid Works
