Elevate your career at Multimatic as an Application Engineer based in Cambridge. Support the integration and deployment of advanced automotive electronic control systems while collaborating closely with engineering teams.
As a vital member of the Multimatic engineering team, you will focus on developing and validating automotive electronic control systems. You will engage in vehicle commissioning, calibration, and troubleshooting within a dynamic team split between the UK and Canada. This position emphasizes problem-solving and effective communication to meet customer expectations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support integration of electronic control systems in vehicles
• Perform vehicle commissioning and validation activities
• Analyze vehicle data to identify issues and corrective actions
• Develop comprehensive test plans for system validation
• Generate engineering reports documenting findings and recommendations
Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field
• Experience with CAN, LIN communication networks
• Strong knowledge of MATLAB and Simulink
• Problem-solving and analytical skills required
• Willingness to travel for customer support
