FOH Supervisor; Kingpin

In the fall, we turn into Canada’s most terrifying haunted attraction
- Scream park. In October, the Oktoberfest Kool Haus is home to thousands of guests to celebrate KW Oktoberfest (North America's largest Bavarian festival). Bingemans’ portfolio includes Kingpin Bowlounge and Putt Social, with locations in Kitchener, Cambridge and St. Catharine’s.

• Effectively supervise all areas inside Kingpin including Admissions, Play structure, Arcade, Laser Tag, Axe Throwing and Bowling.
• Ability to provide a superior level of customer service in all guest interactions.
• Supervising and coaching staff.
• Maintaining a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the facility.
• Ensure all working areas are always maintained in a safe and clean condition.

• Must be a team player and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of POS and computer entertainment systems.
• Ability to provide a superior level of customer service in all guest interactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and oral.
• Ability to assist in budgeting and tracking costs.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (and willing to be trained in other computer programs/software).
• Must be Smart Serve Certified.
• Standard First Aid/CPR C or willing to obtain.
• Food Handlers Certification or willing to obtain.
• Requires the ability to stand for substantial periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Required to perform other duties (including cleaning duties).
• Ability to provide yourself with reliable transportation to and from work.
