Precision Resource is a leading global supplier of precision metal components and assemblies. We are looking for a Corporate Controller to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting to the Director of Finance/CFO you will ensure the reliability of financial information and the efficiency of accounting processes.

The successful candidate will be committed to the highest level of integrity, trust and responsibility; bring a hands-on approach to day-to-day operations, and exhibit strong analytical, leadership, planning, teamwork and management skills.
Responsibilities:Prepare monthly multi-currency consolidated financial statements (US GAAP/IFRS)Provide analysis and financial commentary for monthly, quarterly and annual closingsImplementing efficient financial policiesPrepare all documentation for external audits worldwidePrepare the full annual consolidated financial statements and notesEnsuring accurate records and implementing internal controlsProviding financial data for strategic decisionsPreparing and assisting in budgeting and forecastingAssist Director of Finance in treasury-related functions, business and strategic planning.Supporting Tax Manager on tax matters and filings.Assist multiple divisions in standard cost accounting and related analysesAssist in overseeing the US payroll and (k)Assist in preparing for annual insurance renewals.Qualifications:CPA designation and Degree in Accounting.Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in manufacturing environment.Experience in consolidations of multinational operations, including foreign exchangeKnowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.Expert level MS Office suite
