This position requires a new CPA or near completion with at least three years of experience in public accounting or a similar industry role. You will focus on developing financial models, completing variance analysis, and preparing comprehensive reports for the executive team. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements
• Conduct financial and variance analysis for various reports
• Develop financial models for forecasting and analysis
• Process complex entries, invoices, and tax filings
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and train new hires
Requirements:
• New CPA or nearing CPA completion
• 3+ years in public accounting or complex analysis roles
• Advanced Excel skills including SQL and pivot tables
• Strong communication skills essential
• Willingness to work fully on-site
