Personal Banking Customer Service Associate

Support personal and commercial banking customers in Cambridge through accurate transactions, tailored advice, and courteous service at TD Canada Trust.

This Customer Experience Associate serves as a frontline contact for existing and prospective TD customers. You will identify needs, explain banking solutions, and connect customers with appropriate team members or internal partners. The position requires discretion, organization, and calm verbal and written communication.

• Connect personally with customers about banking solutions
• Provide clear advice on banking processes and services

• High School diploma or one year relevant experience
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
• Established customer experience and communication skills
• Initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail across tasks
• Ability to manage changing priorities effectively
