You'll oversee personal care routines including hygiene, feeding, and medication dispensing while respecting the confidentiality of all individuals.
Your role includes being the health and safety representative and ensuring that residents are actively engaged in their programs. Successful applicants must be sensitive to the needs of individuals with disabilities and demonstrate strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support in personal hygiene and care routines
• Manage medication dispensation and documentation
• Conduct attendance and fire safety checks
• Transport residents to day programs in the mornings
• Execute daily resident care programs as assigned
Requirements:
• Experience with individuals who have disabilities preferred
• Strong time management and teamwork abilities
• Physical capability for essential job tasks
• Valid driver's license is a must
• Good overall record with Community Living Cambridge
