This position encompasses a range of responsibilities including collaborating on behavioural support plans, monitoring staff performance, and enhancing relationships with community professionals. You will actively participate in workshops and meetings to create innovative solutions for challenges faced by individuals in the program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and review behavioural support plans collaboratively
• Assist in staff training and performance management
• Monitor implementation and provide feedback on support plans
• Build strong partnerships with families and external agencies
• Conduct specialized workshops for staff and families
Requirements:
• Diploma in a relevant field or progress in a related Master’s degree
• Proven experience with adults with disabilities
• Strong knowledge of behavioural analysis concepts
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Must possess a valid driver's license
