This role as a Personal Support Worker involves delivering personalized care in clients' homes, contributing to their quality of life. Under the guidance of the Care Coordinator, you will assist with everyday personal care tasks, perform light housekeeping, and foster companionship. Building trusting relationships with clients is essential, as is responding to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer personal hygiene assistance to clients

• Prepare and serve meals based on health guidelines

• Handle light housekeeping duties for a safe environment

• Provide transport and support for outings

• Assist with medication reminders and documentation

Requirements:

• Must have a Personal Support Worker Certificate

• At least three years of related experience required

• Current CPR/First Aid certification is beneficial

• Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray required

• Ability to travel with personal vehicle
