Become a vital member of S&R Group as a Life Enrichment Worker, focusing on creating engaging experiences for residents in long-term care. Your creativity and dedication will foster connections that enrich lives.

As part of our dynamic Life Enrichment teams, your role will involve planning and delivering programs that encompass all five domains of care. You will assess residents’ needs and develop tailored plans to support their overall well-being, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute engaging group and individual activities

• Assess and document residents’ leisure and therapeutic needs

• Assist residents in participating in various programs

• Maintain accurate records and care plans

• Enhance mobility through therapy program support

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Kinesiology or Recreation Studies

• Experience in Life Enrichment within long-term care

• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications

• Strong computer skills with Care Planning knowledge

• VSS check completed in the last 6 months
