Carefor is currently hiring a Home Support Worker to deliver personalized support in clients’ homes. In this critical position, you will facilitate daily living activities, assist with light housekeeping, and document care plans. Your efforts will directly contribute to the comfort and independence of the individuals you serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and dressing

• Provide light laundry and cleaning services

• Support meal preparation and respite care needs

• Record any changes in client behavior or care requirements

• Adhere to Carefor's policies and Occupational Health and Safety standards

Requirements:

• Ontario Certified Personal Support Worker or equivalent

• Current Vulnerable Sector check required

• Necessary vaccinations and negative TB test

• Experience with Palliative Care preferred

• Vehicle required for travel to client locations
