• Commit to providing excellent Patient/Customer Service

• Conduct services according to clinical protocols

• Foster strong Doctor/Patient relationships

• Provide training and feedback to Associate Doctors

• Collaborate on achieving store goals

Requirements:

• Doctor of Optometry degree required

• Extensive knowledge of Optometric practices

• Strong verbal and written communication

• Excellent organizational capabilities

• Proficient time management skills
