As a Resident Engagement Manager, you will focus on enhancing resident involvement and well-being. Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate resident participation and enhance engagement programs
• Lead integration efforts for newly welcomed residents
• Maintain documentation of resident feedback and meetings
• Develop community schedules and newsletters for families
• Supervise a volunteer program for enhanced engagement
Requirements:
• Degree in Health Promotion, Leisure Studies, etc.
• Experience in senior programming for at least one year
• Management experience of at least one year
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is essential
• Proficient in Office and communication tools like Zoom
