In this dynamic position, you will report to the Clinical Manager of Rehabilitation and Clinical Services. You will engage with an enthusiastic team, providing a range of treatment options while enjoying an integrated and technologically advanced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct community-based assessments and treatment plans
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals
• Engage in innovative therapeutic practices and programs
• Adapt communication methods for various audiences
• Participate in home safety assessments for clients
Requirements:
• Valid license with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Reliable transportation and valid G driver’s license
• Current CPR Basic Rescuer Certificate
• Knowledge of health care teaching and client-centered approaches
• Two years of occupational therapy experience preferred
