Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this role involves providing HR support focusing on recruitment, talent management, and performance issues within the Life Sciences division. You will collaborate closely with leadership to influence culture, enhance employee experience, and guide compliance with HR policies. Your ability to manage complex employee matters will be crucial in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide divisional leaders on HR policies and practices

• Partner in recruitment efforts and onboarding experiences

• Facilitate performance management and goal-setting sessions

• Support employee relations and conflict resolution

• Contribute to HR process enhancements and global initiatives

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner

• Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions and best practices

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Financial literacy to navigate compensation strategies

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 business applications
