As a full-time HR Manager, you will actively collaborate with the President and management team to align HR functions with business goals. You will manage employee relations, oversee recruitment, and lead initiatives that foster a positive employee experience and morale. Your contributions will be essential in prioritizing organizational development and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Shape and maintain a strong company culture
• Address employee relations and resolve conflicts
• Guide recruitment and onboarding processes
• Monitor employee feedback and implement improvements
• Ensure compliance with Ontario HR regulations
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of HR experience
• Strong skills in employee relations
• Knowledge of HR best practices and legislation
• Experience in leadership coaching
• Ability to work independently in HR
