Position: Supervisor of Total Compensation at WRPS
Join WRPS as a Supervisor of Total Compensation at their headquarters in Cambridge. This permanent, full-time role focuses on compliance and efficiency in compensation and benefits administration.

As part of the WRPS team, you will lead efforts in overseeing compensation functions and benefits administration, ensuring adherence to collective agreements and legislative requirements.

Your role includes supervising team activities, fostering a collaborative environment, and providing essential support to management on total compensation matters. You are expected to maintain high standards of service delivery while contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage Compensation system activities

• Oversee annual benefits renewal processes

• Guide OMERS pension administration functions

• Ensure accuracy of HRIS data and reporting

• Participate in job evaluation and audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant field

• Four years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits

• One year in a leadership role

• Knowledge of HRIS and benefits regulations

• Strong analytical skills
