The Opportunity:
What You'll Actually DoAs our AI Automation Intern, you will be a core part of the team. Your mission will be to find and eliminate operational friction using AI and automation. You will:
Become an Automation Architect:
Design and build intelligent workflows that connect different apps and data sources, using platforms like Zapier, n8n, and Microsoft Power Automate.
Build Company Brains:
Transform scattered documents and chaotic data into centralized, AI-powered knowledge bases that provide instant, accurate answers for our team and our clients.
Craft Intelligent Conversations:
Develop and refine custom AI chatbots using tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio that radically improve customer support and internal processes.
Explore the Frontier:
Experiment with the latest Large Language Models (LLMs) via APIs from OpenAI and Google. You'll also get your hands dirty with open-source and self-hosted models (Ollama, etc.) to discover what's possible.
Solve Real Problems:
You’ll be assigned concrete business challenges and given the autonomy to design, prototype, and deploy your own AI-driven solutions.
This is For You If...You are currently enrolled in a University or College program (Computer Science, Engineering, Business Technology, or a similar field) and are able to undertake an unpaid internship for academic credit or as part of a formal co-op program.
You are endlessly curious. You don't just use software; you wonder how it works and how you could build it better. Learning new technology is your idea of fun.
You're a natural problem-solver who sees a broken, manual process as an opportunity to build something better.
You understand the language of the modern web, especially how APIs work to connect different services.

Responsibilities Workflow Automation Architecture:
Design, build, and maintain end-to-end automated workflows using low-code/no-code platforms (Zapier, n8n, Microsoft Power Automate) to eliminate manual operational friction.
AI Knowledge Base Development:
Consolidate disparate company data into centralized, vector-ready knowledge bases to power RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems for internal and client use.
