In this hybrid role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and securing IT workstations for an esteemed automotive client. This position provides a unique opportunity for both junior and intermediate candidates to contribute to a stable IT environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee technical support for workstation management
• Implement and manage SCCM solutions
• Troubleshoot hardware and software concerns
• Manage Windows GPO and ensure security protocols
• Collaborate with clients to gather effective insights
Requirements:
• Background in Power Shell scripting
• Experience with SCCM and/or Intune
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Windows security
• Strong communication skills with clients
• Ability to work independently and effectively
