Become an ERP Key User in Cambridge, focusing on SAP S/4

HANA for Sales Forecast to Production Planning.

Your role will drive implementation, user support, and quality assurance across Supply Chain operations.

This is an opportunity to collaborate with Business Process Owners and ensure the ERP system meets defined business processes. You will also lead data migration, create training materials, and support the end users post-go-live. Your participation in performance monitoring will help optimize production planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure successful implementation and data quality assessment

• Engage in user support and training delivery

• Develop training materials and lead sessions

• Analyze supply chain data and create monitoring tools

• Support additional operational activities

Requirements:

• 2+ years of supply chain management experience

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• APICS certification is ideal
