Job Summary
The ERP Key User- SF2PP will support the implementation of the new SAP S/4
HANA ERP for the “Sales Forecast to Production Planning (SF2PP)” processes, from customer forecasting through to the launch of production, you will be responsible for ensuring the ERP solution meets the business process defined by the BPO (Business Process Owners) and the process Experts (SMEs).
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Work location:
Onsite, 25 Wolseley Court, Cambridge.
Responsibilities
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Planning Manager within the Supply Chain department, and working closely with the BPO (Business Process Owners) of the SF2PP process, your mission will be to:

- Ensure implementation and data quality
Formalize and document test scripts in cooperation with other key users.
Create tickets for the IT issues, participate in analysis and discussions of possible solutions.
Provide feedback on the IT solutions delivered (user interface, user experience).
Participate in IT validation activities (risk assessment, writing and executing test scripts).
Take part in data migration (data cleansing, preparing data to be migrated, and testing the results of migration operations).

- Support end users
Write user manuals.
Participate in the adjustment of SOPs.
Develop training materials; copy/paste
Organize and lead training sessions for end users
Provide user support.

- Develop activity monitoring tools related to the ERP
Provide support for operational activities
Participate in planning and procurement activities, supporting the managers of these two areas.
Perform data analyses related to the Supply Chain (safety stock, stock coverage, product life cycle, etc.); 100%
Work on Supply Chain performance indicators (KPIs). Copy/paste and develop others if needed.

Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma
Experience
Minimum 2 years of direct work experience in planning and supply chain management roles in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in a Pharmaceutical, Beverage, Consumer Product or Food Packaging Environment is considered an asset.
Experience supporting internal manufacturing operations.
Direct working knowledge of operations, negotiations, inventory control, and sales & operations planning.
APICS certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
Advanced MS Excel skills as well as experience with other Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint and Power BI.
Exceptional organizational and communications skills (written and verbal); strong attention to detail and focus with a keen big picture understanding.
