The Waterloo Regional Police Service is hiring for a temporary Service Desk Technician position. Candidates should have a diploma in Computer Systems Technology and two years of experience in computer support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Address user questions and troubleshoot technical problems
• Execute smart card and active directory support
• Install and configure hardware/software for user systems
• Maintain computer equipment and perform upgrades
• Generate reports and update technical documentation
Requirements:
• Diploma in Computer Systems Technology or similar
• At least two years of relevant support experience
• Valid Class “G” Ontario Driver’s License
• High problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
