12‑month contract (limited term).
Location:
25 Wolseley Court, Cambridge, Ontario (Onsite).
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities During the project, deployment, or evolution phases of the ERP, the Key User will:
Enable business process development and solution design.
Provide input for detailed design to help reduce resolution time for business process issues.
Qualify and relay user needs to maximize satisfaction and drive improvement when needed.
Express change requests (business requirements to adjust the ERP solution).
Ensure implementation and data quality.
Co‑build use cases with BPOs and SMEs, build detailed scenarios, identify appropriate test data, and execute test scripts.
Give feedback on IT solutions provided (user interface, user experience).
Support or participate in SOP adjustments and IT validation activities (risk assessment, test scripts writing/execution).
Participate in data migration effort, including data cleansing, preparation and testing of migration results.
Create and deliver training materials and sessions for end‑users.
Support end‑users by providing Level‑1 support and input for Level‑2 support.
Create tickets for Level‑2 support as needed.
Assist change‑management activities (e.g., creation of learning materials).
During the run phase of the ERP, the Key User will:
Organize and animate training sessions for the end‑users (including new hires).
Provide Level‑1 support and input for Level‑2 support.
Express change requests to BPOs and create tickets for Level‑2 support as required.
Basic Requirements
Education:
High School Diploma (or equivalent).
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in a logistics or supply‑chain role in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Previous experience with SAP S/4 HANA, especially the EWM module, is a strong asset.
Previous experience training end‑users on software/ERP.
Competencies Strong and detailed knowledge of warehousing and transport activities.
IT software/system background or certification.
Capacity to understand users’ perspective, goals and challenges.
Innovation and adaptability skills.
Analytical skills (investigation, root‑cause identification).
Leadership skills (follow‑up, organization, prioritization).
Strong communication skills (coordinate & collaborate across functions and with end‑users).
