This position, rooted in our Montreal office, focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while troubleshooting technical issues. Your responsibilities will include supporting both remote and onsite employees, requiring solid communication skills and multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver first-level technical support to employees
• Manage end-to-end asset lifecycle activities
• Configure and deploy hardware and software
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively
• Assist with various Microsoft Business applications
Requirements:
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proven customer service and support experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Cloud applications
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally
