DescriptionWe are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our consulting team based in our Montreal office.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver first‑level support to both remote and on‑site employees.
- Manage end‑to‑end asset lifecycle activities, including configuration, deployment, and decommissioning.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong customer service and support acumen.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite of Business and Cloud applications (Azure, Office 365, Active Directory, Intune).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Minimal work activities involve alternating positions of light physical activity.
- Majority of time is spent in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move about.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (22 kg).
- Possible travel to Mississauga and Toronto locations.
- Shift assignments are between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (7.5‑hour shifts).
